How much of iCargos can I configure myself?

A lot — without a developer. Your tariffs, weight slabs, per-customer rates and surcharges, the ledger each type of money posts to, your roles and permissions across 92 modules, your branches and franchises, and your own email, SMS, WhatsApp and carrier connections are all set in the platform's own settings.

Can each merchant have their own pricing?

Yes. Customer-specific rates override the default tariff down to the weight band, and you can override the fuel surcharge and other fees per account — so a negotiated deal for one merchant doesn't affect anyone else.

Does the accounting fit my existing chart of accounts?

Yes. Twenty-three symbolic control accounts — COD Payable, Delivery Income, GST Payable, Rider Cost and more — each map to a real ledger you choose in Settings. Nothing is hard-coded, so the automatic vouchers land in the accounts you already use.

Whose branding do notifications go out under?

Yours. You connect your own SMTP, SMS gateway and approved WhatsApp templates, so messages to merchants and recipients are sent through your channels rather than a shared sender.
