How your merchants come on board

Onboarding a merchant is a short, guided sign-up — then a quick approval from you.

Merchants complete a four-step form — their company and contact details, optional bank details, shipping profile (city, account nature, expected volume), and a password with the terms of carriage.

You approve each account

New accounts arrive as Pending and can't log in until you approve them — so you stay in control of who's shipping under your brand, with KYC review built in.

Booking from day one

Once approved, a merchant books shipments with live pricing from your tariff, prints the consignment slip, and tracks every parcel — no training project required.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your size and how much you want configured up front — your tariffs, roles, branches and integrations. We work through it with you step by step rather than leaving you to it, so the timeline fits your operation.

How do merchants sign up?

Through a guided four-step form covering their company and contact details, optional bank details, a shipping profile and a password with the terms of carriage. Each new account is Pending until you approve it, so you control who ships under your brand.

Do we need developers to get running?

No. Booking, tariffs, roles, branches and channels are all set in the platform's settings. If you want to connect your own storefronts, you can generate API keys and use our documented API or plugins — but you can be live without writing any code.
