Book, Track & Label Courier Orders Inside WooCommerce

A WooCommerce courier plugin lets you book shipments, print labels and track parcels straight from your WordPress orders list. The iCargos plugin adds bulk and single-order booking, a "Booked" order status, a tracking column and label printing — and is compatible with WooCommerce's new high-performance orders storage (HPOS).

Install and configure

The plugin is downloaded from your courier portal and set up in WordPress admin.

Download from your portal. Grab the latest plugin build from the portal's API Setting page (an install video is linked there).
Install in WordPress. Upload and activate it like any WooCommerce extension.
Enter your credentials. Add your Auth Key and Client Code; Product Type, Service Type and Origin populate live from the portal.
Set your rules. Choose which payment gateway counts as COD, billing vs shipping address, and remarks options — then start booking.

What it does in WooCommerce

Push to courier — bulk or single

A "Push to <courier>" bulk action on the WooCommerce orders list (including the new HPOS orders table), or push one order from its detail screen.

A "Booked" order status

The plugin registers a "Booked to <courier>" status right after Processing, so booked orders are obvious at a glance.

Tracking column

A tracking-number column in the orders list links straight to the public tracking page for each shipment.

Label & slip printing

Print labels with barcodes pulled from the portal, without leaving WordPress.

Booked Orders screen

A dedicated list of everything pushed to the courier, plus a summary dashboard fed by the portal.

Choose your carrier

Third-party courier selection is built in, so you can route orders to the carrier you want.
