International Delivery Management

Run Cross-Border Deliveries From the Same System

International delivery management means handling shipments that cross a country border inside the same platform you use for local parcels — priced on international rates, booked, tracked and settled alongside everything else, so you don't run a separate spreadsheet for overseas work.

International rates are part of your tariff

The same pricing engine that handles same-city and inter-city parcels goes all the way up to cross-border lanes.

Country-level tariff tiers

The tariff resolves by geography — from same city and same zone up to Same Country, Different Country and Manual Country — so an international lane is priced by the same rules as a local one.

Per-customer international rates

Give a merchant their own negotiated cross-border rates; customer-specific rates override the default tariff, right down to the weight band.

Weight, volumetric & surcharges

Weight slabs, volumetric weight and your surcharges apply to international shipments the same way, so the quoted price is complete, not a rough estimate.

Set up for your lanes: your international rates live in your tariff as Different Country and Manual Country entries. Tell us the country lanes you run and we'll help you configure them during onboarding.

One system for domestic and international

Cross-border parcels move through the same booking, tracking and settlement you already run — not a bolt-on.

Book it like any shipment. Capture the sender, the destination and the parcel, and the international rate is calculated from your tariff as you book.
Track it end to end. The recipient tracks the parcel on your public tracking page, with the status history and delivery signature just like a domestic order.
Settle it in the same invoice run. International shipments flow into the same settlement invoicing and reporting as the rest of your book, so the numbers reconcile in one place.

Frequently asked questions

How does iCargos price an international shipment?
Through your tariff. The pricing engine resolves the rate by geography — including Same Country, Different Country and Manual Country tiers — and applies your weight slabs, volumetric rule and surcharges, so a cross-border lane is priced by the same rules as a local one. You can also set per-customer international rates.
Are international parcels managed separately?
No — that's the point. Cross-border shipments are booked, tracked and settled in the same system as your domestic parcels, so you don't keep a separate spreadsheet or a second tool for overseas work.
Does it handle customs and duties?
Customs clearance and duties are arranged through your carrier or partner for the lane. iCargos manages the commercial side — pricing, booking, tracking and settlement — so your team and your customers have one record of the shipment. If you have specific customs-document needs, raise them with our team.
Which countries can I ship to?
The country lanes you run are configured in your tariff during onboarding. Tell us which origin-destination country pairs you handle and we'll set the rates up with you, so the platform matches your actual network.
Can recipients abroad track their parcel?
Yes. The public tracking page needs no login — a recipient anywhere enters the tracking number and sees the shipment details and status history, with the delivery signature once it's delivered.
