The Business Dashboard isn't a static chart — it's a path you follow until you find the answer.
Business → Branch → Franchise → BDM → Customer → Parcel. Step down each level to see parcels, revenue and carrier cost where the number actually comes from.
Scoped by role. A branch or franchise manager sees only their own subtree, with financial columns hidden — the same dashboard, safely narrowed.
Profit & Loss, on your rates. The Profit Report and P&L group revenue against carrier cost by branch, franchise, salesperson, customer or carrier — reflecting your own rate cards once they're loaded.
Sales performance. The BDE/BDM Roster ties customers to the salesperson who owns them, with drill-through to their numbers.

Can managers be limited to their own branch's numbers?
Yes. The Business Dashboard drills from business down to branch, franchise, BDM, customer and parcel, and a branch or franchise manager sees only their own subtree — with financial columns hidden.
How do I find why parcels are stuck?
The Stuck Orders report buckets parcels by status with a Days-Stuck column and a per-order Re-sync button, and API Health shows per-carrier sync success in health bands — together they tell you what's stuck and usually why.
Can I export reports to Excel?
